The average rent price in the Punjab region has had a slight fall in recent months. There has been a fall in the rent prices in this region.
The price per sq.feet in Punjab has fallen in the last 6 months. During June, the average price per sq.feet was Rs. 13.73. In July the price barely changed remaining at Rs. 13.75 per sq.feet. The following two months (August, September) went through a fall of 86 % in the rent price per sq.feet with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price has barely changed with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.feet of Rs. 12.79 to Rs. 12.42 during October and November.
When referring to the price in Punjab(region), this has risen in the last 6 months. The average rent price in June is Rs. 1.05 lakhs. In July the price rose to Rs. 1.15 lakhs. In the following two months the average price practically remained the same compared to the previous two going from Rs. 1.1 lakhs to Rs. 1.08 lakhs. During the last two months the average price has not gone through any changes and has gone from Rs. 1.09 lakhs to Rs. 1.13 lakhs during October and November.

They are 72 % cheaper than the average price in Punjab followed by those with 2 with an average price of Rs. 42,012. The most expensive properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 7 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at Rs. 73,825.
Based on the average price per sq.feet those properties with 2 bedrooms are the most affordable ones with a price of Rs. 1.76 / sq.feet being Rs. 13.57 / sq.feet the average for Punjab. The properties with the lowest average price are those with 3 bedrooms. These are 44 % more affordable than the average followed by those with 4 bedrooms with a price of Rs. 3.68 / sq.feet.

This is followed by "Agriculture Land" with a cost of Rs. 43,077. The most expensive property type is "Residential Plot" and is 31 % more costly than the average, followed by "Land" with a cost of Rs. 1.45 lakhs.
Based upon the average cost per sq.feet the most affordable property type is "Agriculture Land with a an average price of Rs. 1.42 / sq.feet, followed by "House" with a price of Rs. 5.46 / sq.feet. "Land" with an average price of Rs. 913 / sq.feet is the most expensive type of property followed by "Commercial" at a price of Rs. 27 / sq.feet.
