The average price in the Islamabad Capital Territory region has had a strong decrease in recent months. There has been a strong deflation in the prices in this region.
The price per sq.feet in Islamabad Capital Territory has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was Rs. 1,592. The following month (November) the price increased to Rs. 1,740 per sq.feet. The following two months (December, January) went through a considerable deflation of 59 % in the price per sq.feet with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has had a significant decrease of 76 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of Rs. 1,322.75 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of Rs. 1,008.5 per sq.feet for the last two months (February, March).
Based upon to the price in Islamabad Capital Territory (region), this has decreased in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is Rs. 1.74 crores. In November the price was the same at Rs. 1.71 crores. The average price for the following two months (December, January) decreased 86 % compared to the prior two. During the last two months the average price has remained stagnant and has gone from Rs. 1.6 crores to Rs. 1.55 crores during February and March.

They are 12 % cheaper than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at Rs. 1.13 crores.
Based on the average price per sq.feet those properties with 2 bedrooms are the dearest ones with a price of Rs. 4,599 / sq.feet being Rs. 1,074 / sq.feet the average value within the Islamabad Capital Territory region. The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 4 bedrooms. These are 764 % more costly than the average followed by those with 1 bedroom with a price of Rs. 8,308 / sq.feet.

Based on the average cost per sq.feet the most costly property type is "Land with a an average price of Rs. 2,388 / sq.feet, followed by "Apartment" with a price of Rs. 7,127 / sq.feet. "House" with an average price of Rs. 10.4 lakhs / sq.feet is the most costly type of property followed by "Commercial" at a price of Rs. 41,923 / sq.feet.
