The following two months (December, January) there has been a deflation of 94 % in the price per sq.feet with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.feet of Rs. 2,369.5 to Rs. 2,290 during February and March.
