The average price in the Sindh region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per sq.feet in Sindh has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was Rs. 1,571. The following month (November) the price had a considerable increase reaching Rs. 2,787 per sq.feet. The following two months (December, January) went through an increase of 112 % in the price per sq.feet rising from Rs. 2,179 to Rs. 2,450.5 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has had a significant increase of 121 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of Rs. 2,314.75 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of Rs. 2,795.5 per sq.feet for the last two months (February, March).
Based upon to the price in Sindh(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for October the average price is Rs. 1.83 crores. During November it went through a strong inflation reaching Rs. 2.29 crores The price in the following months (December, January) had a strong increment of 116 % going from Rs. 2.06 crores to Rs. 2.39 crores. During the last two months the price has had a considerable increase of 123 % with respect to the previous four months going from Rs. 2.22 crores a Rs. 2.74 crores.
The graph displaying the the average price per number of bedrooms shows that those with 1 bedroom are the cheapest ones. They are 87 % more affordable than the average price in Sindh followed by those with 2 with an average price of Rs. 53.7 lakhs. The cheapest properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 45 % cheaper than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at Rs. 91.5 lakhs.
Based on the average price per sq.feet those properties with 1 bedroom are the dearest ones with a price of Rs. 6,188 / sq.feet being Rs. 3,197 / sq.feet the average value within the Sindh region. The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 4 bedrooms. These are 126 % more costly than the average followed by those with 3 bedrooms with a price of Rs. 7,046 / sq.feet.
The graph displaying the average price according to the property type shows "Land" as the cheapest one. With an average cost of Rs. 2.82 crores it is 79 % more affordable than the average in Sindh. This is followed by "Apartment" with a price of Rs. 65.5 lakhs. The cheapest property type is "Residential Plot" and is 23 % more affordable than the average, followed by "Commercial" with a cost of Rs. 1.93 crores.
Based on the average cost per sq.feet the cheapest property type is "Land with a an average cost of Rs. 2,756 / sq.feet, followed by "Apartment" with a price of Rs. 6,426 / sq.feet. "Commercial" with an average price of Rs. 37,799 / sq.feet is the most costly type of property followed by "House" at a price of Rs. 17,951 / sq.feet.
