The average price in the Sindh region has had a strong decrease in recent months. There has been a strong deflation in the prices in this region.
The price per sq.feet in Sindh has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During April, the average price per sq.feet was Rs. 67,229. The following month (May) the price had a considerable deflation reaching Rs. 20,641 per sq.feet. The following two months (June, July) went through a considerable deflation of 47 % in the price per sq.feet with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has had a significant decrease of 73 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of Rs. 32,250 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of Rs. 23,494.5 per sq.feet for the last two months (August, September).
Based upon to the price in Sindh(region), this has decreased considerably in the last 6 months. April has an average price of Rs. 3.19 crores. During May the price had a strong deflation till Rs. 66.16 lakhs. In the following two months the average price has decreased 34 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has had a considerable reduction of 74 % with respect to the previous four months going from Rs. 1.29 crores a Rs. 94.78 lakhs.
The graph displaying the the average price per number of bedrooms shows that those with 1 bedroom are the cheapest ones. They are 26 % more affordable than the average price in Sindh followed by those with 2 with an average price of Rs. 67.7 lakhs. The most costly properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 488 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at Rs. 1.51 crores.
Based on the average price per sq.feet those properties with 2 bedrooms are the cheapest ones with a price of Rs. 8,064 / sq.feet being Rs. 20,623 / sq.feet the average value within the Sindh region. The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 4 bedrooms. These are 364 % more costly than the average followed by those with 3 bedrooms with a price of Rs. 18,838 / sq.feet.
The graph displaying the average price according to the property type shows "Residential Plot" as the cheapest one. With an average cost of Rs. 68.53 lakhs it is 25 % more affordable than the average in Sindh. This is followed by "Office" with a price of Rs. 65.75 lakhs. The dearest property type is "House" and is 511 % more expensive than the average, followed by "Land" with a cost of Rs. 1.67 crores.
Based on the average cost per sq.feet the cheapest property type is "Land with a an average cost of Rs. 4,689 / sq.feet, followed by "Apartment" with a price of Rs. 9,075 / sq.feet. "House" with an average price of Rs. 83,242 / sq.feet is the most costly type of property followed by "Residential Plot" at a price of Rs. 20,338 / sq.feet.
