The average price in the Sindh region has had a strong decrease in recent months. There has been a strong deflation in the prices in this region.
The price per sq.feet in Sindh has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During September, the average price per sq.feet was Rs. 20,623. The following month (October) the price had a considerable deflation reaching Rs. 7,081 per sq.feet. The following two months (November, December) went through a considerable deflation of 62 % in the price per sq.feet with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has increased 115 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price Rs. 11,234.5 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price Rs. 12,889.5 per sq.feet for the last two months (January, February).
Based upon to the price in Sindh(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for September the average price is Rs. 68.53 lakhs. During October it went through a strong inflation reaching Rs. 2.29 crores The price in the following months (November, December) had a strong increment of 196 % going from Rs. 1.49 crores to Rs. 2.92 crores. During the last two months the price has had a considerable reduction of 40 % with respect to the previous four months going from Rs. 2.21 crores a Rs. 88.41 lakhs.
The graph displaying the the average price per number of bedrooms shows that those with 1 bedroom are the cheapest ones. They are 61 % more affordable than the average price in Sindh followed by those with 2 with an average price of Rs. 66.57 lakhs. The most costly properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 173 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at Rs. 1.44 crores.
Based on the average price per sq.feet those properties with 1 bedroom are the cheapest ones with a price of Rs. 7,313 / sq.feet being Rs. 13,260 / sq.feet the average value within the Sindh region. The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 4 bedrooms. These are 488 % more costly than the average followed by those with 3 bedrooms with a price of Rs. 20,117 / sq.feet.
The graph displaying the average price according to the property type shows "Lower Portion" as the cheapest one. With an average cost of Rs. 93.45 lakhs it is 20 % more affordable than the average in Sindh. This is followed by "Apartment" with a price of Rs. 96.04 lakhs. The dearest property type is "Commercial" and is 234 % more expensive than the average, followed by "House" with a cost of Rs. 2.27 crores.
Based on the average cost per sq.feet the cheapest property type is "Lower Portion with a an average cost of Rs. 2,993 / sq.feet, followed by "Upper Portion" with a price of Rs. 5,032 / sq.feet. "House" with an average price of Rs. 98,001 / sq.feet is the most costly type of property followed by "Commercial" at a price of Rs. 11,706 / sq.feet.
