The average rent price in the Sindh region has had a strong fall in recent months. There has been a strong fall in the rent prices in this region.
The price per sq.feet in Sindh has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per sq.feet was Rs. 1,412. The following month (December) the price had a considerable fall reaching Rs. 37 per sq.feet. The following two months (January, February) went through a considerable fall of 29 % in the rent price per sq.feet with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has had a significant rise of 123 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of Rs. 467.75 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of Rs. 575 per sq.feet for the last two months (March, April).
When referring to the price in Sindh(region), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. November has an average price of Rs. 35.59 lakhs. During Decemberthe price had a strong fall till Rs. 39,920. In the following two months the average price has fallen 49 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has gone down 94 % compared to the previous average values going from Rs. 13.42 lakhs a Rs. 12.63 lakhs in March y April.

They are 99 % cheaper than the average price in Sindh followed by those with 2 with an average price of Rs. 15,411. The most affordable properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 96 % cheaper than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at Rs. 27,840.
The graph displaying the average rent price according to the property type shows "" as the most affordable one. With an average cost of Rs. 14.04 lakhs it is 97 % cheaper than the average in Sindh. This is followed by "Commercial" with a cost of Rs. 1.36 lakhs. The most affordable property type is "Office" and is 90 % cheaper than the average, followed by "Commercial" with a cost of Rs. 1.36 lakhs.
Based upon the average cost per sq.feet the most affordable property type is "Office with a an average price of Rs. 8 / sq.feet, followed by "Commercial" with a price of Rs. 92 / sq.feet. "Commercial" with an average price of Rs. 92 / sq.feet is the most affordable type of property followed by "Office" at a price of Rs. 8 / sq.feet.
