The average rent price in the Sindh region has had an strong rise in recent months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per sq.feet in Sindh has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During February, the average price per sq.feet was Rs. 159.71. The following month (March) the price had a considerable rise reaching Rs. 209.2 per sq.feet. The following two months (April, May) went through a considerable fall of 74 % in the rent price per sq.feet with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has had a significant rise of 139 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of Rs. 160.4 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of Rs. 222.94 per sq.feet for the last two months (June, July).
When referring to the price in Sindh(region), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for February the average price is Rs. 80,400. During March it went through a strong rise reaching Rs. 93,863 The average price for the following two months (April, May) fell 86 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has gone up 106 % compared to the previous average values going from Rs. 81,053.5 a Rs. 85,706.5 in June y July.

They are 76 % cheaper than the average price in Sindh followed by those with 2 with an average price of Rs. 35,963. The most expensive properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 27 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at Rs. 65,763.
Based on the average price per sq.feet those properties with 1 bedroom are the most affordable ones with a price of Rs. 74.83 / sq.feet being Rs. 233.24 / sq.feet the average for Sindh. The properties with the highest average price are those with 4 bedrooms. These are 29 % more expensive than the average followed by those with 3 bedrooms with a price of Rs. 139.66 / sq.feet.
The graph displaying the average rent price according to the property type shows "Apartment" as the most affordable one. With an average cost of Rs. 89,125 it is 55 % cheaper than the average in Sindh. This is followed by "Residential Plot" with a cost of Rs. 65,367. The most expensive property type is "Land" and is 121 % more costly than the average, followed by "Office" with a cost of Rs. 1.03 lakhs.
Based upon the average cost per sq.feet the most affordable property type is "Commercial with a an average price of Rs. 29 / sq.feet, followed by "Apartment" with a price of Rs. 33.18 / sq.feet. "House" with an average price of Rs. 254.17 / sq.feet is the most expensive type of property followed by "Land" at a price of Rs. 111 / sq.feet.
