The prices in real estate in Multan, in the Punjab region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.
The price per sq.feet in Multan has increased strongly during the last 6 months. In November, the average price per sq.feet was Rs. 535. In the following month the price per sq.feet increased considerably to Rs. 783. The price for the following two months in (January, February) decreased 87 % with regard to the prior two months. The price per sq.feet has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of Rs. 617 to Rs. 600 during March y April
Based upon to the price in Multan (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during November, is Rs. 68.56 lakhs. During December the price went through a considerable rise reaching Rs. 83.4 lakhs. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from Rs. 75.98 lakhs to Rs. 73.1 lakhs. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of Rs. 74.54 lakhs and Rs. 71.39 lakhs between March and April.
