The rent prices in real estate in Karachi, in the Sindh region have risen considerably in the last couple of months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices this city.
The price per sq.feet in Karachi has risen strongly during the last 6 months. In January, the average price per sq.feet was Rs. 96.43. In the following month the price per sq.feet rose considerably to Rs. 159.71. The price for the following two months in (March, April) had a considerable rise of 137 %. The price per sq.feet has had a considerable rise of 123 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of Rs. 151.63 to Rs. 187.02 during May, and June.
When referring to the price in Karachi (cities), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during January, is Rs. 51,888. During February the price went through a considerable rise reaching Rs. 80,400. During the following two months (March, April) the average price had a considerable rise of 142 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has barely gone through any changes with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of Rs. 79,922.25 and Rs. 77,088 between May and June.

The properties with the most expensive average prices have 4 bedrooms. They are 35 % more expensive than the average followed by properties with 3 bedrooms with a price at Rs. 137.42 / sq.feet.

"House" is the most expensive type of property with a Rs. 219.41 / sq.feet value followed by "Land" with an average price of Rs. 109 / sq.feet.
