The price per sq.feet in Karachi has risen strongly during the last 6 months. In November, the average price per sq.feet was Rs. 39.83. In the following month the price per sq.feet rose considerably to Rs. 53.28. The price for the following two months in (January, February) had a considerable rise of 176 %. The price per sq.feet has hardly changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of Rs. 64.18 to Rs. 65.93 during March y April
When referring to the price in Karachi (cities), this has risen in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during November, is Rs. 87,905. During December the price went through a considerable rise reaching Rs. 1.18 lakhs. In the following two months the average price has hardly changed with regard to the previous two months from Rs. 1.03 lakhs to Rs. 98,722.5. During the last two months the average price has fallen greatly compared to the previous four going from Rs. 1.01 lakhs to Rs. 81,794, which means a 81 % fall.
