The rent prices in real estate in Karachi, in the Sindh region have risen considerably in the last couple of months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices this city.
The price per sq.feet in Karachi has risen strongly during the last 6 months. In September, the average price per sq.feet was Rs. 38.74. In the following month the price per sq.feet fell to Rs. 34.18. The price for the following two months in (November, December) had a considerable rise of 128 %. The price per sq.feet has had a considerable rise of 197 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of Rs. 41.51 to Rs. 81.81 during January, and February.
When referring to the price in Karachi (cities), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. The average price for September is Rs. 92,826. During October the price had a slight fall till Rs. 82,557. During the following two months (November, December) the average price had a considerable rise of 118 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has barely gone through any changes with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of Rs. 95,391.5 and Rs. 98,722.5 between January and February.
